This workshop has been designed for anyone moving through change. Whether you are experiencing a life transition, a loss, a shift in identity, or a period of uncertainty, this day offers a grounded and supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Change and grief can leave us feeling unsteady, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Rather than pushing for answers, this workshop invites you to slow down and listen to what is unfolding beneath the surface. Through a combination of Equus Coaching, somatic and reflective practices, you will have the opportunity to explore what you are carrying, what may be ready to be released, and what direction feels aligned moving forward.
