MISSION & VALUES
STATEMENT

Natural Wisdom’s mission is to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where individuals can reconnect with their true selves, explore and reshape personal narratives, and move forward with clarity and authenticity.

Whether online or working alongside horses, my work, including any collaborating coach, supports emotional resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change. All experiences are grounded in presence, ethical practice, and deep respect for the horse as a sentient being and partner in the process. I honour the natural wisdom of the horse and work in ways that prioritise connection, consent, and integrity for both human and equine participants.

Core Values

1. Integrity

I uphold honesty, professionalism, and ethical practice in every aspect of my work. This includes honouring client confidentiality, working transparently in line with the ICF Code of Ethics, and maintaining the highest standards of care, respect, and responsibility for the horses involved in Equus Coaching sessions.

2. Presence

I bring grounded, attentive presence to every session, whether online or in the arena. With both clients and horses, I work slowly, intentionally, and with attunement, creating space for awareness, regulation, and genuine connection to emerge.

3. Respect

I believe people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and that horses are intelligent, sensitive beings with their own needs, boundaries, and communication styles. I honour the lived experiences, identities, and inner wisdom of my clients, while also respecting and protecting the autonomy, well-being, and natural behaviour of the horses.

4. Growth

Growth is not forced or rushed. I support the unfolding process of awareness, integration, and change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. This applies equally to human development and to the ongoing learning required to work ethically, skillfully, and responsibly with horses.

5. Partnership

My work is rooted in collaboration, not control. I partner with clients as they explore new perspectives and possibilities, and I partner with horses by listening to their responses, respecting their feedback, and allowing their natural wisdom to inform the work. True change happens through relationship, not pressure.
