She Who Leads is a powerful women only Equus coaching experience set in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

This Equus experience is designed for women who are building businesses, navigating transitions, or simply feeling the quiet pull toward something bigger and better in life. You do not need horse experience. You do need a willingness to be seen and to lead from within.

Throughout the experience you will learn things about yourself that are difficult to access through conversation alone. You will notice where you overwork, where you hesitate, where you lead with strength, and where you shrink. You will uncover patterns in how you relate, how you influence, and how you handle pressure. With guided support, you will have the opportunity to shift those patterns in the moment and experience what aligned leadership actually feels like in your body.
