This intimate Equus-led retreat is designed for counsellors and psychotherapists who spend much of their professional lives holding others and who are now ready to be held themselves.
There is no fixed agenda or outcome to work toward. Instead, the retreat offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect, allowing whatever needs attention to emerge naturally. Time with the horses provides non-verbal, nervous-system-level support, helping you step out of constant attunement to others and back into embodied presence.
This is not a training or supervision space. It is a carefully held pause - supporting rest, regulation, and renewal, so you can return to your work feeling more resourced, settled, and connected to yourself.
