This immersive full-day Equus Coaching workshop is designed for individuals, couples, or friends who want to understand how they communicate, where boundaries become unclear, and what interferes with genuine connection. Rather than focusing on communication techniques alone, the day explores the deeper patterns that shape how you express yourself, including assumptions, emotional triggers, boundary awareness, and nervous system responses.
 
Set along the California coastline, the workshop brings together Equus Coaching, somatic awareness, and reflective practices to help you recognise the communication patterns you may be carrying into relationships without realising it. Through guided, ground-based activities with horses, dynamics around boundaries and communication become visible in real time, revealing where clarity is lost, pressure increases, or connection begins to fracture.
 
Horses respond immediately to intention, congruence, pressure, and boundaries. Their calm, non-judgmental feedback offers an embodied understanding of how you show up in relationships, allowing insight to land beyond words. You will leave with a clearer understanding of your communication style, stronger boundary awareness, and practical ways to express yourself with greater clarity, confidence, and presence.
 
No horse experience is required.
