This 60-minute Equus Coaching session offers a calm, intentional space to explore what feels most important to you right now. We begin by clarifying your focus, then work alongside the horses through simple, guided experiences that often bring forward insights and patterns that conversation alone may not uncover.
Horses respond authentically to presence and internal state, offering clear, immediate feedback that supports emotional awareness, clarity, and meaningful growth. No prior horse experience is required.
Sessions can also be arranged with your own horse at your location. Travel expenses are added to the session fee where applicable.
